Order and Shipping Policy
• We do our best to ship your products to you in a timely manner.
• We ship all packages out on business days (Monday through Friday). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm CT or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
• Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain products.
• Shipping available only to the continental US. No exceptions.
• You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the day that it was shipped out, not the date the order was placed.
• After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2 business days to process your order in our warehouse.
• Orders that our system flagged (SF) maybe asked to verify additional information, and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product,
or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Fragile items such as delicate flower arrangements may not be returned as this requires professional packing.
